All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using USPS and UPS, depending on your location and package size.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

MYNSETT is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

MYNSETT is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.
